These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Cregsta ("Cregsta", "we", "us") about the mobile game Color Sort Daily (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Who can play
The Game is made for players of all ages. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Game, including purchases. Parents can limit or turn off in-app purchases in the device's settings.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download the Game and play it for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control and in line with the rules of the store you got it from. The Game, its content and all intellectual property in it belong to us or our licensors; everything not expressly granted here is reserved.
You must not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the Game, or use cheats or modified versions of it, except where the law expressly allows it.
Your progress is saved on your device
- The Game has no account and no server of ours. Your progress, coins, boosters and settings are saved only on the device you play on.
- If you delete the app, reset your device or move to a new phone, that progress is not transferred and we cannot recover it.
- Settings › Restore purchases brings back Remove Ads and an active Studio Club subscription on any device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Coins, boosters and the contents of the Starter Pack are used up in the Game and can't be restored.
Virtual items and currencies
- The Game has an in-game currency (coins), boosters and other virtual items. You can earn them by playing, and some can be bought with real money (coin packs, the Starter Pack, Remove Ads and the Studio Club subscription).
- Virtual currencies and items are a limited licence to use content inside the Game. They are not money or property, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
- Every level and every daily puzzle can be finished without paying.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items, prices and rewards in updates. We will not remove items you paid for without a fair reason, and where the law entitles you to a remedy, you keep it.
- Purchases are made through Apple or Google and follow their terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules and the law. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Subscriptions
Studio Club is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that gives no ads, 100 coins and 2 hints every day, 2 streak freezes a month and the gold jar style. Its price is shown in the Game before you buy and is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. It renews automatically at the end of each month unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. When a subscription ends, its benefits stop; items you already received stay in your game.
Ads
The Game is free to play and shows ads: optional rewarded videos, and interstitial and banner ads as described in the Privacy Policy. Remove Ads and Studio Club turn off interstitials and banners; rewarded videos stay optional. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for products they advertise. We may change rewards, limits and how often ads appear.
Daily puzzles, streaks and updates
- The Daily Palette changes every day by your device's calendar, and streaks and calendars follow your device's date. Changing your device's date to get extra rewards can break your streak or progress, and we can't repair it.
- We regularly update the Game: we add, change and remove levels, content and features, and may require you to install an update to keep receiving new content.
- The Game works without an internet connection. Ads, purchases and restoring purchases need one.
- We may stop updating or distributing the Game. If we do, the version on your device keeps working as far as it can without our providers; where the law entitles you to a refund for unused purchases, you keep that right.
Disclaimers and liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations, and we are not responsible for progress lost because it was stored on a device that was lost, reset or changed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the Game before they take effect. If you keep playing after the change, the new Terms apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
App Store terms
If you downloaded the Game from Apple's App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we — not Apple — are responsible for the Game, its maintenance and support, and any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the Game. If the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price (if any); to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
