Who we are
This website is run by Cregsta ("Cregsta", "we", "us"), the developer and publisher of the games listed above, who is the data controller for the data described here.

What this website collects
Very little. The website has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. It loads no third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from our own server.
- Server logs. Like any website, our server receives technical information with every request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We use these logs only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems, and keep them for a limited time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5(2)(f)).
- Language. When you open the home address, a small script reads your browser's language to send you to the English or Turkish site. Nothing is stored or sent to us.
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message and use them to reply. Legal basis: taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK art. 5(2)(c) and (f)). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.
We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the provider that hosts our servers, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, KVKK (article 11) and US state privacy laws — you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. Email contact@cregsta.com; we will answer within the time the law requires (at most 30 days). You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the authority in your EU country.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new date.
