Puzzle Block Privacy Policy

What Puzzle Block saves on your phone, what its ads and purchases share, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the mobile game Puzzle Block handles, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have. It covers the game on iOS and Android. Our website has its own privacy policy.

Who we are

Puzzle Block is made and published by Cregsta ("Cregsta", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here that is processed for the game.

In short

  • Puzzle Block is an offline game. There is no account, no sign-in and no chat, and you never give us your name, email or phone number.
  • Your progress stays on your phone. The game saves it only on your device; it is not sent to us and we have no server that stores it. Deleting the app deletes it.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device data to show and measure them. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first.
  • Purchases go through Apple or Google, and are managed for us by RevenueCat. We never see your card details.
  • No analytics or crash-reporting tools. The game does not send us usage statistics.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

Data on your device

Puzzle Block saves your Adventure level and the temple murals you have restored, your Classic best score and unfinished Classic game, your Daily Challenge results, streak and calendar, your coins and boosters (hammers, bombs, shuffles and streak freezes), your login gifts, the block skins and temples you own, whether ads are removed or you are a Temple Club member, and your settings (sounds, music, vibration and reminders). These are stored only in the app's own storage on your device. We cannot see them, and they are not backed up or synced by us: if you delete the app, reset your device or move to a new phone, this progress is not transferred and we cannot restore it.

The game has no account and does not create one for you. It does not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and there is no chat or player profile.

Data handled by our service providers

Puzzle Block has no game server of ours. The only data that leaves your device goes to the providers below, which process it to show ads and handle purchases.

Ads

Puzzle Block shows ads served by Google AdMob:

  • rewarded videos, which you choose to watch for a reward, such as coins or a booster;
  • interstitial ads between levels, from level 8 and at most one every 90 seconds;
  • a banner on the play screen, from level 12.

Remove Ads and the Temple Club subscription turn off interstitials and the banner; rewarded videos remain available and optional.

To show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect data from your device, such as your IP address (from which it can estimate your general location), device and app information, ad interactions and device identifiers, such as the advertising ID on Android. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and explains how it uses data from apps that use its services here.

Consent. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game shows Google's consent form before ads are requested, and you can choose whether ads may be personalised. If you don't consent, Google shows only non-personalised or limited ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy options; this option appears in the game's settings wherever it is required.

Tracking on iOS. Puzzle Block does not ask for permission to track you, so on iOS the game and Google cannot access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), and ads are not based on tracking you across other companies' apps and websites. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.

Purchases

Payments are made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms; we never see your card or bank details.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat, which manages them for us. When the game starts, the RevenueCat software in the app creates a random, anonymous user ID on your device. RevenueCat receives that ID together with your purchase and subscription details (product, price, currency, store country, date and store transaction identifiers), basic device and app information (such as the platform, operating-system and app versions) and your IP address. The game uses this to unlock what you bought and to check whether a subscription is active. RevenueCat processes this data under its privacy policy.

Restore purchases (Settings › Restore purchases) asks the store and RevenueCat which purchases belong to your App Store or Google Play account, and brings back Remove Ads and an active Temple Club subscription on a new device. Coins and boosters are used up in the game and saved only on your device, so they can't be restored.

Notifications

The game can remind you when a new Daily Challenge is ready, before your streak runs out and, after a few days away, that a level is waiting. It asks for permission at a later moment, for example after your first Daily Challenge, never on first launch. These reminders are scheduled locally on your phone: no push token is created and nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off in Settings › Reminders or in your device settings.

Ratings, sharing, sound and vibration

  • Ratings. At a happy moment, at most once every 90 days, the game may ask Apple or Google to show their standard rating prompt. The prompt is run by the store; we only see the public ratings and reviews people choose to post.
  • Sharing. When you share a Daily Challenge result, the game opens your device's share sheet with a short text. Where it goes is up to you; nothing is sent to us.
  • Sound and vibration are played on your device and involve no data.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them to answer you.

What we don't collect

Puzzle Block does not ask for your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location, does not read other apps' data and does not collect your name, email address or phone number.

How we use data and our legal bases

  • To provide the game and the purchases you make, including restoring them. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); KVKK art. 5(2)(c)).
  • To show ads that fund the free game, limit their frequency and prevent ad fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5(2)(f)); personalised ads only with your consent where the law requires it (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); KVKK art. 5(1)).
  • To answer your messages and support requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5(2)(f)).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules for purchases. Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(c); KVKK art. 5(2)(ç)).

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. The game shares data only with these service providers, as described above, or when the law requires it:

ProviderWhat for
Apple and GoogleApp stores, payments, rating prompts
RevenueCatPurchase and subscription management
Google AdMobAds, ad consent, frequency capping and fraud prevention

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of players or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the measures set out in article 9 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

How long data is kept

  • Progress and settings on your device: until you delete the app or its data. We never hold a copy.
  • Purchase records at RevenueCat and the stores: for as long as needed to manage your purchases and subscriptions, and as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Ad data at Google: under Google's own retention rules.
  • Emails you send us: for as long as needed to handle your request.

Deleting your data

Because the game has no account, there is nothing to delete on our side for your progress: deleting the app removes everything the game saved on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription: cancel Temple Club in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. To ask RevenueCat to delete the purchase records linked to your anonymous ID, or for any other request about your data, email contact@cregsta.com. Because we hold no account details, we may ask you for information from your store receipt (such as the order or transaction ID) so that we can find the right records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, KVKK (article 11) and US state privacy laws — you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. You can change your ad choices in Settings › Privacy options where that option is shown. For anything else, email contact@cregsta.com. We will answer within the time the law requires (at most 30 days). You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the authority in your EU country.

Children

Puzzle Block is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The game itself collects no personal details from anyone. If you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing yourself in your country, please play only with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child's data has reached us, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Your progress never leaves your device, so it is protected by your device's own security. Connections to our service providers are encrypted. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect data and will tell you and the authorities about a breach where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Puzzle Block handles personal data — for example by adding a new service provider — we will update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect, and tell you in the game when a change is significant.
