Mob Dynasty Privacy Policy

What Mob Dynasty collects, why, who it's shared with and how to delete your account.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the mobile game Mob Dynasty collects, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have. It covers the game on iOS and Android. Our website has its own privacy policy.

Who we are

Mob Dynasty is made and published by Cregsta ("Cregsta", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

In short

  • You play without giving us your name, email or phone number. The game creates a random guest account the first time you open it.
  • Linking Apple or Google is optional. It only lets you keep your progress on a new device; we do not ask either provider for your name or email.
  • The game is online. Your progress, results and rankings live on our game servers, which decide every result.
  • Chat is public to the players in the room. Don't share personal details in it.
  • Ads are optional. The game only shows rewarded videos that you choose to watch, served by Google AdMob.
  • We do not sell your personal data and we do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools in the game.
  • You can delete your account inside the game at any time.

Data we collect

Your game account

The first time you open Mob Dynasty, the app creates a random identifier (a UUID). It is not your device's hardware or advertising ID. It is stored on your device and sent to our game server, which uses it to create your guest account and give the app a login session. If you uninstall the app without linking your account, this identifier is lost and so is access to the account.

Signing in with Apple or Google (optional)

You can link your account to Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In in Settings › Account, so that you can restore it on another device. When you do, Apple or Google sends our server a signed token that identifies your account with them, and we store that account identifier next to your game account. The game does not request your name or email address from Apple or Google. Depending on your settings, a token from Google may include your email address; we don't use it for anything.

Your profile and progress

To run the game we store the boss name you choose (unique in its world and shown in chat and on leaderboards) and your boss's look and background on our servers. These are visible to other players where the game shows them, for example in rankings, chat and multiplayer modes.

We also store your boss's rank, stats, cash, gold and items, crew, businesses, heat and laundering, heists and bootlegging runs, shootout replays, hits and bounties, rankings, family membership and contributions, missions, daily rewards, Season Pass progress, cosmetics and the purchases credited to you. This is the game itself: the server keeps it so that your progress is safe, results are fair and other players can compete with you.

Chat

Mob Dynasty has a chat for each family and a public City chat for each world. Messages (up to 300 characters) are stored on our servers with your boss's name so the other players in the room can read them. Writing in City chat unlocks at the Associate rank.

In City chat our server masks profanity, links, email addresses and phone numbers, and limits how fast you can post. Long-press a message to report it (the report stores you, the player you reported and a copy of the message) or block the player. Moderators can mute players, delete messages and ban accounts. Please don't share personal information such as your real name, phone number or address in chat.

Purchases

Payments are made through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or bank details. When you buy something:

  • the purchase is processed by RevenueCat, which manages purchases and subscriptions for us. RevenueCat receives your purchase and subscription details (product, price, currency, date, store transaction identifiers) linked to your game account's random user ID;
  • our server checks every transaction with RevenueCat before it credits anything, and keeps a record of the transactions it has credited, so nothing is delivered twice.

Ads

Mob Dynasty shows rewarded video ads only, and only when you tap to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. There are no banner or pop-up ads. Rewarded ads are limited per day, and the Don Pro (monthly) subscription replaces watching them.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show an ad, measure it and prevent fraud, Google may collect data from your device, such as your IP address, device and app information, ad interactions and — only where you allow it — your device's advertising identifier. To deliver your reward, the ad request carries your game account's random user ID. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Before ads are first shown, the game asks for your consent where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK) and, on iOS, shows Apple's tracking permission prompt. You can change your ad choices at any time in Settings, and on iOS under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device (for example when a timer finishes or a daily reward is ready). These local reminders are created on your phone and do not send us any data. You can turn them off in the game's settings or in your device settings.

Our servers can also send push notifications, for example when a result is in or a timer has finished. If push notifications are enabled in your version of the game, the app registers a push token (a random address for your device, issued by Apple or Google), your platform and your language with our server. The token is only used to send you these notifications and is deleted with your account.

Technical data and server logs

When the app talks to our servers, our systems receive technical information such as your IP address, the time of the request, the app version and the platform. Our servers also record game events linked to your account's random user ID (for example that a match or battle was played or a purchase was started) so that we can keep the game running, balance it and investigate problems, cheating and abuse. We do not use this information to identify you by name, and we don't use it for advertising.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them to answer you.

What we don't collect

Mob Dynasty does not ask for your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location, and it does not read other apps' data.

How we use data and our legal bases

  • To provide the game and its online features — your account, progress, multiplayer, chat, purchases, account linking and support. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); KVKK art. 5(2)(c)).
  • To keep the game fair and safe — preventing cheating, fraud and abuse, moderating chat and enforcing our Terms. Legal basis: our legitimate interests and those of other players (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5(2)(f)).
  • To improve and balance the game using our server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5(2)(f)).
  • To show the rewarded ads you choose to watch, and, where required, personalised ads only with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); KVKK art. 5(1)).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping purchase records and answering lawful requests. Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(c); KVKK art. 5(2)(ç)).

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Other players see what the game shows them (your name, profile, rankings and chat messages). Apart from that, we share data only with the service providers below, who process it to run the game, or when the law requires it.

ProviderWhat for
Apple and GoogleApp stores, payments, Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In, push notification delivery
RevenueCatPurchase and subscription management
Google AdMobRewarded video ads
Our hosting providerThe servers our game backend and content delivery run on

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of players or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the measures set out in article 9 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

How long we keep data

  • Your account and game data: for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, it is removed as described below. If we ever close the game, we will delete or anonymise its player data within a reasonable time.
  • Chat messages: messages you post stay in the room's history so other players can read the conversation. They are not removed automatically when you delete your account; email us and we will delete the messages you sent.
  • Chat reports and moderation records: for as long as needed to handle the report and to protect players.
  • Purchase records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Server logs: for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Emails you send us: for as long as needed to handle your request.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account inside the game: Settings (the gear icon) › Account › Delete account › Delete forever.

When you do, you leave your family (a family with no members left is disbanded and its turf released); your boss, name reservation, shootout replays, ranking entries, block list, mute record, push token, queued notifications and record of credited purchases are deleted; then your game account is deleted. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; the app then starts over as a new guest. Purchases are not refunded by deleting an account, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel Don Pro (monthly) in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

If you no longer have the app, email contact@cregsta.com from the address you want us to reply to, with your player name. Because guest accounts are not tied to an email address, we may ask you for details only the account owner would know before we delete anything.

Getting a copy of your data

In Settings › Account, Export my data creates a file with the data our server stores about your account and opens your device's share sheet so you can save or send it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, KVKK (article 11) and US state privacy laws — you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights in the game where it offers a tool (such as account deletion or data export) or by emailing contact@cregsta.com. We will answer within the time the law requires (at most 30 days). You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the authority in your EU country.

Children

Mob Dynasty is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing yourself in your country, please play only with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Connections between the game and our servers are encrypted, and our servers decide game results so they cannot be faked from the device. Access to player data is limited to the people who need it to run the game. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you and the authorities about a breach where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Mob Dynasty handles personal data — for example by adding a new service provider — we will update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect, and tell you in the game when a change is significant.
